What is a Microschool?
Mi•cro•school /ˈmaɪkroʊskul/ n : an intentionally small school that typically has mixed-age students learning together and a specialty, such as art, outdoor education, neurodiversity, or engineering. Most micro-schools operate as private schools, but some are homeschool collectives. They’re located in storefronts, churches, homes, nature, and other non-traditional sites.
